Information Desks
Shifts: Daily | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m. | 4-7 p.m.
Weeknight Information Desk shifts are 2.5 hours.
Duties: Greet visitors and provide directions; deliver flowers and mail to patients; help with short errands

Office Helpers
Shifts: Weekdays | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m.
Duties: Assist in clerical duties such as filing, answering the phone, data entry, photocopying. Opportunities are available in a number of Evergreen programs and services.

Evergreen Hospital Gift Shop
Shifts: Mon-Fri |9 a.m.-12 p.m.|12-3:30 p.m.|3:30-6 p.m.
Sat | 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. | 12-4 p.m.
Duties: Assist customers with merchandise; operate cash register; maintain clean, tidy and organized gift shop; stock shelves; check in new merchandise.

Community Health Education
Shifts: Weekdays | 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Duties: Greet and direct visitors to office locations; make photocopies; collate information and prepare class packets.

Cancer Resource Center
Shifts: Weekdays | 9 a.m.-12 p.m. | 1-5 p.m.
Duties: Welcome visitors; help people find books and resources; assist staff in maintaining the Resource Center.

Project Partners
Shifts: Tues-Thurs | 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Duties: Make infant stockinet and hats; compile packets for Evergreen departments; prepare packets and newsletters for mailings; various projects from other departments.

Radiation Oncology
Shifts: Daily | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m.
Duties: Assist patients before and after treatment; assist with paperwork and linen management.

Diagnostic Imaging
Shifts: Daily | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m.
Duties: Assist patients before and after treatment; assist with paperwork and linen management.

PACU/Day Surgery
Shifts: Weekdays | 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. | 1:30-5 p.m.
Duties: Escort family members from waiting room to Day Surgery; organize supplies; serve light refreshment.

Comprehensive Procedures Center
Shifts: Weekdays | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m.
Duties: Assist patients and families before and after procedures; reception duties; assemble information packets; assist patients with tray set up at meal time.

Evergreen Surgical Center
Shifts: Weekdays | 6-8 a.m. | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m.
Duties: Direct families to appropriate areas; assist in answering phones and directing messages; run errands to hospital; help with paper management.

Nursing Units
Shifts: Weekdays | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m.
Duties: Run errands for staff or patients; visit with patients; escort patients on discharge; distribute or collect meal trays; make packets or restock supplies.

Emergency Department
Shifts: Daily | 8 a.m.-12 p.m. | 12-4 p.m. | 4-8 p.m.
Duties: Greet and direct patients; help with clerical tasks and run errands as needed
