When you volunteer, you join a group of 600 volunteers who are an integral part of the Evergreen Healthcare family. We can match your skills, interests and availability with various volunteer positions.
Hospital Volunteering Requirements
- Minimum six month commitment of four hours weekly.
- Ages 16 and up.
- Must submit to WSP screening and hospital TB test.
- Need to provide two personal references.

- Participate in a brief interview
- Attend an orientation class and complete specific training
- Learn from seasoned volunteers

Evergreen Healthcare Auxiliary
The Evergreen Healthcare Auxiliary helps Evergreen Healthcare meet community health needs in a variety of ways, including volunteer service at the hospital, grassroots fundraising efforts and fostering good relations in the community.
The mission of the Auxiliary is to assist in providing those special extras that enhance patient experiences at Evergreen.
