DIRECTIONS
Northbound on I-405
- Take the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard Exit (20B) staying to the right and following the Totem Lake Boulevard Exit
- Proceed straight, under the overpass and take the middle lane onto 120th Avenue NE
- Turn right on NE 130th Lane
- Turn left on 121st Way NE
- The entrance to the Evergreen Medical Center building is the second parking lot on your right, where the street ends
Southbound on I-405
- Take the NE 124th Street Exit (20)
- Turn right onto 124th Street
- Turn right onto 116th Avenue NE
- Turn right onto NE 132nd Street
- Turn right onto 120th Ave NE
- Turn left onto NE 130th Lane
- Turn left onto 121st Way NE
- The entrance to the Evergreen Medical Center building is the second parking lot on your right, where the street ends The Booth Gardner Parkinson’s Care Center is located inside the Evergreen Medical Center on the second floor.
