Evergreen's retail pharmacies are the easy, one stop answer for your pharmacy needs.
The Evergreen Professional Center Pharmacy is convenient for hospital patients at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center or those visiting their physicians in either the Evergreen Professional Center or the Evergreen Surgery and Physicians Center. It is located in Coral Suite 210 at the hospital, right next to the Gift Shop and on the way to the parking garage.
The Plaza Pharmacy is located in the Evergreen Plaza medical building at 11800 NE 128th Street (just a block west of Evergreen Hospital), and is convenient for for patients visiting their providers in the Evergreen Plaza building or adjacent medical offices.

Comprehensive Product Line
We provide the medications necessary to continue inpatient drug therapy at home, and to maintain the comfort and care of our hospice patients, as well as supporting the pharmaceutical needs of Evergreen Healthcare’s employees and community. Being a hospital-based pharmacy, we stock a variety of medications which may not be found in a typical retail pharmacy. We are also able to special order most specialty products.
Expert Consultations
The pharmacist staff has more than 100 years combined professional experience to ensure you get the most benefit from your medication. We can sit down with you and go over your medication and answer any questions you might have.
Insurance Billing
The EPC Pharmacy is a provider for many third party prescription drug programs. Please check with your insurance provider to make sure we’re included in your coverage.
Specialty Products
The pharmacy is one of the few pharmacies in the area where you can fill prescriptions for drugs such as Fragmin® (an injectible anti-coagulant), Tikosyn® (an anti-arrhythmic medication) and blood-modifying products such as Neupogen®, Procrit® or Epogen®.
Compounding
We are able to offer some compounded prescription drugs, such as Fragmin®, along with sterile ophthalmic drops and some of the traditional topical preparations such as steroid creams and ointments. Consult with the staff to see if we’re able to provide your custom compounded medication.
Medical Supplies
The Pharmacy stocks or can order most commonly requested medical supplies. It also sells crutches.
