The following senior health classes are held at the Peter Kirk Community Center (formerly Kirkland Senior Center) 352 Kirkland Avenue, Kirkland 98033.
Classes are free unless a fee is noted. For some classes, Kirkland residents will pay a lesser fee than nonresidents.

Advance Directives

Learn how to make your own decisions regarding the care you would prefer to receive if you develop a terminal illness or a life-threatening injury. Advanced care directives can also designate someone the patient trusts to make decisions about medical care, if the patient becomes unable to make (or communicate) these decisions.
Cholesterol and Diabetes Screening

Screening will include fasting full panel cholesterol test and glucose. Results will be given before you go home! Limit 25 participants, must register for time slot. Free.
