Evergreen Healthcare welcomes Subbiah Viswanathan as the Director of Operational Excellence.
In this new position he will be responsible for creating, establishing and heading the Operational Excellence function along with serving as the executive deployment leader responsible for directing and implementing lean and six sigma operational excellence policies, programs and initiatives within Evergreen Healthcare.
Prior to coming to Evergreen, Viswanathan was the senior manager of sales operations for Philips Healthcare. While at Philips he earned the Pinnacle Board Presidential Award, the highest honor available to a Philips manager. The award recognized excellence in performance along with the ability to inspire and build team cooperation. He was also recognized as an “employee living the brand” as part of Philips Brand Launch in North America.
Viswanathan holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. The fundamental objective of the Six Sigma methodology is the implementation of a measurement-based strategy that focuses on process improvement and variation reduction through improvement projects.
