Mitch Weinberg, MD is responsible for medical staff relations, providing the link between physicians and Evergreen administration on matters of programs for care, quality of care and business issues.
Dr. Weinberg, a longtime leading pediatrician in the community, was named to the VPMA position in May 2005. He has extensive leadership experience in the Evergreen organization, having served as medical staff president-elect, president and most recently immediate past-president.
He earned his MD and his PhD from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Washington in 1984. Since then, he has been in private pediatric practice in Woodinville. Dr. Weinberg is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
