Tom Martin is responsible for all facets of Information Technology, Marketing, Planning, Research, Facilities and Hospitality Services at Evergreen Healthcare.
Martin was named to the position in February 2006. He has extensive health care experience, most recently at University of Washington Medicine, where he served as CIO for all the UW organizations, including the UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center and all outpatient clinical sites. Prior to that, Martin held several progressively-responsible leadership positions with the University of Washington Medical Centers.
Martin earned two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Portland, one in Mathematics and the other in Business Administration, where his major was management. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives, and was a founding member of the Cerner University Hospital Customer Group.
