The Healthcare Access Program works in partnership with many community organizations to assist low-income and uninsured community residents who face barriers in accessing affordable health and social services.

Clinic at Lake Washington Technical College
This clinic is staffed by Evergreen nurses and offers free weekly health clinics to uninsured residents of the Evergreen service area. It is located at Lake Washington Technical College, in Health Room W101.
Appointments are required; call 425.899.3200 to schedule one.

Services offered include:
- Well-child exams, immunizations and sports physicals
- Adult physical exams, breast exams and Pap smears
- Screening for diabetes, high blood pressure, skin cancer, stomach and bowel problems, vision and hearing impairment, depression and memory problems
- Consultation for special diets, medications and hormone replacement
- Disease management education including diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, stomach and bowel disorders
- Limited prescriptions and laboratory tests.
- Adult tetanus/diphtheria, flu and pneumonia shots
- Referrals to health and community services
Bilingual Spanish Outreach Staff
This staff participates in community venues and events, helping connect those with no insurance to either the state’s Basic Health Plan or the Children’s Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.
