In-Home Mental Health Program
These services are for individuals whose mental and/or physical condition makes it extremely difficult or impossible to access traditional outpatient mental health services.
Geriatric Regional Assessment Team (GRAT)
GRAT offers geriatric crisis services, family caregiver counseling, substance abuse assessment and geriatric consultation services.
