Sudden and Traumatic Loss Series
Surviving the traumatic death of a loved one through suicide, homicide or accident can be particularly difficult. Survivors often struggle with “why” and “what if…” questions; feelings of guilt, shame, anger, and regret; and sometimes the unwanted images provoked by trauma. This eight-week adult group addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual impact of both trauma and grief in a safe and supportive environment. Meets Wednesdays, 7-9 p.m. Suggested donation $30. Please call for dates.
Supporting Our Children As We Grow Through Grief

Art, music, storytelling and ritual are part of this healing support group. The parents’ and children’s groups meet simultaneously. Meets Mondays, 6-8 p.m. Donations accepted. Please call for dates.
