Evergreen Stroke and Brain Injury services (formerly HIRE) are designed to meet the needs of individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, stroke, anoxic brain injury, concussion, brain tumor or have other types of neurological disorders.
Individuals accepted into the program must be medically stable and able to participate in services delivered in an outpatient setting.
Evergreen Stroke and Brain Injury services is known for its excellence in leadership in brain injury rehabilitation. Our highly experienced treatment team works with individuals and families to formulate and implement achievable outcome goals, with primary emphasis on return to work, school and community activities. Each individual's program is tailored to meet identified needs in a consumer friendly, cost-conscious and efficient manner.
Our Services
Our services are provided in the warm supportive environment of our outpatient center. Each program service is designed to maximize recovery from brain injury and other types of neurological impairments, and to assist the neurologically impaired person develop the critical skills necessary to lead as productive and fulfilled a life as possible.

We are happy to assist in the referral and admission process for potential clients. We accept funding from a variety of sources including, but not limited to, commercial and private insurance, managed care plans, worker compensation programs and Medicare/Medicaid.
