Patients come to the Booth Gardner Parkinson's Care Center on their own or from a referral by their primary care physician. You can use the Center as your main source of Parkinson's medical treatment, or our staff can work hand-in-hand with your primary care physician and other specialists. You can access all of our services, or just those that best meet your needs.
