Northbound on 1-405
- Take the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard Exit (20B)
- Stay to the right and follow the Totem Lake Boulevard Exit
- Proceed straight from the stop light, up the hill to NE 130th Lane
- Follow the signs to the parking garage
Southbound on 1-405
- Take the NE 124th Street Exit (20)
- Turn right onto 124th Street
- Turn right onto 116th Avenue NE
- Turn right on NE 132nd Street
- Turn right onto 120th Avenue NE
- Turn left onto NE 130th Lane
- Follow the signs to the parking garage
Designated Parking
There are parking spaces in the parking garage designated for Multiple Sclerosis Center patients. From 130th Street, as you enter the garage on the ground floor, the MS Center parking spots are located immediately to your left. To get to these spots, you’ll need to make three left turns after passing the vehicle up ramp on ground level. The MS parking spots are located to your right as soon as you make the third left turn. They are identified with signs on the wall in front of the spaces.
