Community Service Award
Each year since 1998, Evergreen's Board of Commissioners has recognized local individuals or organizations who have had a profound impact on enhancing the community's health with its annual Community Service Award. Honorees have included dedicated volunteers, health care activists and physicians.

The recipient of the 2008 Community Service Award is longtime volunteer Evelyn Driscoll. Driscoll was honored at the Mar. 17 Board of Commissioners meeting for her decades of work on behalf of Evergreen Healthcare.
