Evergreen Hospital Medical Center and the Evergreen Surgery and Physicians Center are conveniently located just off I-405 in the Totem Lake area (north Kirkland). Free parking is available in the Blue Parking Garage.
Northbound on 1-405
Take the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard Exit (20B); stay to the right and follow the Totem Lake Boulevard Exit. Proceed straight from the stop light, up the hill to NE 130th Lane. Follow the signs to the Blue Parking Garage.
Southbound on 1-405
Take the NE 124th Street Exit (20) and turn left onto NE 124th Street; turn left at Totem Lake Boulevard/124th Avenue NE. Proceed to 120th Avenue NE and take a right; go up the hill to NE 130th Lane and turn right. Follow the signs to the Blue Parking Garage.
HOV Exits
If you have 2 or more people in your car, you can use the carpool exit to NE 128th Street. If northbound, turn right at the end of the exit ramp; if south-bound, turn left. Proceed straight ahead, then turn left at 120th Avenue NE, right on NE 130th Lane and follow the signs to the Blue Parking Garage.
From Blue Parking Garage
Use the Tan Elevator for the Evergreen Surgery and Physicians Center. If you park on the first floor, follow the signs to the Tan building. You will enter the building on the second floor. Proceed pass the elevators and turn left. Pass the restrooms and Suite Tan 240 will be on your right.
