Rehabilitation care is often necessary for recovery from injury, illness or surgery. Regardless of what brings a patient to Evergreen for rehabilitation therapies, our goal is the same – to restore the highest possible level of physical, emotional and intellectual functioning.
Evergreen’s Rehabilitation Services span a number of different programs, including both inpatient and outpatient therapy, the Acute Rehabilitation Unit, Home Health Services and Cardiac Rehabilitation. The Head Injury and Rehabilitation Center provides therapy and neurological services for patients recovering from stroke or traumatic head injury. The Booth Gardner Parkinson’s Care Center provides a complete range of therapy for those dealing with Parkinson’s disease or other movement disorders.
A referral from a physician or allied health care provider is required to begin rehabilitation services. Most insurance companies will also require preauthorization by your referring physician or primary care physician.
